Delta Chi Rho shall be a Christian social-service organization open to women students who fulfill and maintain the highest spiritual ideals and evidence the desires to participate as an asset to the club.
The following are the three main goals and our purpose:
- To be dedicated to stimulating friendship among members in the student body.
- To promote and sustain Christian character for the future as well as for the present.
- To accept responsibility as participants in clubs, activities, and projects; to serve school willingly and faithfully.

Philanthropy- Pecan Bayou Nursing Home
Delta Chi Rho is the oldest organization on campus. Since 1968, Rho has given the women of Howard Payne University a close sisterhood where they are able to grow closer together and to Christ.
